Three of our attorneys recently planned and moderated the Pennsylvania Association for Justice (PAJ) 42nd Annual Auto Law Seminar. The seminars, which were not only informative but also counted for five Substantive and one Ethics Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits, are developed for car accident attorneys throughout Pennsylvania.
Leonard A. Sloane, Esq. served as the course planner and moderator of the event. Len, once again, put together a wide-ranging program covering a number of hot topics, including first- and third-party claims, subrogation, evidence in catastrophic injury cases, governmental liability, social media as evidence, ride share issues, and a UM/UIM update.
Michael J. Davey, Esq. presented a comprehensive seminar on subrogation and recovery of special damages. Matthew J. Bilker, Esq. prepared all materials for seminars on peer review statistics, limited tort cases, and bad faith case law.
